Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Wapid services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Service Scope

Wapid is a growth-focused WhatsApp automation platform for ecommerce brands to increase repeat sales with campaigns, notifications, and lifecycle flows. Feature availability depends on your active plan, technical limits, and compliance with platform and telecom policies.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, team access, and actions taken under your account. You must provide accurate profile and billing details and keep them up to date.

4. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree not to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for compliance with WhatsApp/Meta policies, local telecom rules, data protection laws, and consent requirements. Use of the service for spam, phishing, deceptive marketing, gambling abuse, adult exploitation, illegal financial schemes, or sanctioned activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed in advance based on your selected cycle (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date from your billing dashboard. Taxes may apply at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or account restriction until dues are cleared.

6. Cancellation and Plan Changes

You may cancel future renewals anytime from /dashboard/billing. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period and does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by our Refund Policy or applicable law. You can upgrade or downgrade subject to available plan rules shown on the pricing page.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for security risks, repeated policy violations, abuse, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings.

8. Payment Processors

Payments are processed through approved third-party processors (including Merchant of Record providers where enabled). Processor-specific checkout, tax, fraud checks, and card network requirements apply at payment time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wapid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption arising from third-party outages, policy blocks, or network issues.

10. Business Identity and Contact
