Approval is at our discretion unless a different outcome is required by applicable law.

Wapid provides tools and infrastructure for managing WhatsApp messaging workflows, but final message content, recipient consent, sending frequency, campaign flow, and compliance with WhatsApp or third-party policies remain the user's responsibility. Refunds are not provided for WhatsApp number bans, restrictions, blocks, account quality issues, policy violations, recipient complaints, or misuse of messaging flows where the platform itself was operating as intended.
